General
Bob Bergin has been practicing civil trial law since 1977.
He is “A” rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Bob was
born and raised in South Florida and graduated from Palm
Beach Gardens High School before attending the University
of Florida. Upon graduating from law school, he went to work
for a defense firm where he tried numerous cases as a young
lawyer. His early experience was such that by the age of
29, he opened his own firm representing physicians in defense
of medical malpractice actions. He successfully defended
a number of medical malpractice cases before severing his
relationship with insurance carriers in the mid 1980’s
so that he could represent the interests of patients and
their families.
