Robert T. Bergin Jr.  has been practicing civil trial law since 1977. Mr. Bergin is “A” rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized in the annual Florida Super Lawyers. Mr. Bergin encompasses all aspects of civil litigation with a focus on the representation of the seriously injured and their families. His firm is located in West Palm Beach.

Bob has lived in South Florida his entire life. After graduating from Palm Beach Gardens High School, he attended the University of Florida. Upon graduating from law school, he went to work for a defense firm where he tried numerous cases as a young lawyer. His early experience was so diverse and extensive that at the age of 29 he opened his own firm, representing physicians in defense of medical malpractice actions. After Mr. Bergin successfully defended a number of medical malpractice cases, he severed his relationship with insurance carriers in the mid-1980s so that he could represent the interests of patients and their families.

Mr. Bergin is proud to represent individuals and families enduring the most difficult time of their lives. He and his team go the distance to ensure a successful and efficient outcome. During a tumultuous situation, rely on the expertise of Mr. Bergin.
